Returns must be initiated within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging. To start a return, email info@chmbr.us with your order number and reason. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping fee ($6–$8) is non-refundable. Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellations are only permitted before an order is fulfilled or shipped — email info@chmbr.us to request one. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
