Shipping policy

SHIPPING

• For U.S. customers shipping is estimated to be completed within 1-4 weeks.
• For international customers, shipping times differ by country.
• If you have not received an email confirmation within one week of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder.
• All orders will have a 1-4 week production fulfillment time period. This means we will fulfill your order within 1-4 weeks and ship it out. Depending on where you live, it may take additional days on top of the 1-4 weeks to receive your order.
• We are not responsible for shipping if there is an issue with the shipping carrier. All shipping operations are entrusted to the responsibility of the designated shipping carrier company.

PRE-ORDER

• In instances where the term "pre-order" is incorporated into the product's nomenclature, it denotes that said product is, in fact, designated as a pre-order item.
• If the product designation lacks this precise phrase, it signifies that the product is available for immediate distribution.

HOW DO PRE-ORDERS WORK?

• The standard shipping timeline for all pre-order items is set at 2-4 weeks, unless otherwise explicitly specified. Please note that unforeseen circumstances can extend the standard shipping timeline.
• Upon the release of pre-order products, a time frame of 2-4 weeks will be required for the inventory to complete its transit to our warehousing facilities.
• Upon the successful arrival of inventory at our warehouse, all customer orders will be processed and dispatched in accordance with the aforementioned shipping schedule.
